Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This method allows for a tracking number to be generated. Tracking numbers will be sent to buyers via email.
Please be sure to verify you give the correct mailing and email address when placing orders.
Currently, our turnaround time for processing orders is 24 hours. Once item is shipped, tracking numbers will be sent.
We are unable to update you on arrival times of package once tracking number is sent. Please retain tracking number to receive updates from shipping carrier for arrival date
Refunds, Exchanges & Returns
Refunds: We do not accept refunds or returns.
Exchanges: We replace items that are defective or damaged. Items for exchange are exchanged with the same item.
